Guess who forgot to put a title first time... -->This is the MARCH PDP!<--

Well after a period of time where i wasn't feeling good about myself its time for another PDP,
So here goes...

Personal Development plan review

Name:  Samuel Spencer
Date:    23/03/11
New Academic Qualifications
I recieved a letter saying that my BTEC in Public Services workbook has now been marked by the invigilator at a Distinction grade, Hopefully now after she sends that off I shall have a certificate in the post soon!
I have also been accepted to take the Award in ILM, Which is an award for Teamworking and Management (ILM standing for Institute of Leadership and Management) Which I have to fill in a booklet for which I have to do for next weekend which seems easy enough to achieve...
                   Notes:

Verbal Communication in a Group can stay at a 4 as not much of this has been done in the last few weeks. I am writing technical reports so this will improve so this can go up to a 3. My Time Management has near enough stayed as it was with deadlines still  being met and other work handed in also. My Presentation skills have maintained at a 5 as I think I am fully competent now of making a presentation and showing it to others including large groups especially since last QAI wekkend I had to do a 15 Minute presentation, in a group of 4, in front of about 30 People, about 'The use of Air Power in the Asymettric Environment' which to be quite honest, isn't that easy a subject to research... But I managed to talk for about 5 minutes on my topic so I think this went well!

Comments:
Becoming a QAI is on the brink of completion now with all Learning completed with just another weekend of Leadership tests and a week long assessment inc. visits to various Aerospace operation platforms including Warton Aerodrome, which is where all current services and future aircraft are tested. I also have to complete the 1500 word report for next weekend which shouldn't be a problem. I feel pretty confident about this.
Learning to Drive is still improving with much more practice and now I actually have my own car! The paperwork saying it is now in my name came through about middle of last week so now I just have to pay for insurance, which as a 17 year old Male is going to be quite a big number... But otherwise my lessons are going along nicely. Also I am planning on booking a theory test soon...
Getting promoted at ATC seems to be getting closer as my CWO, who is also a close friend of mine had a short talk including lots of 'Hints' on what I could do... This conversation was such a good conversation! She definetly got the point across as I have now created two 12 week lesson plans which she will be using soon.
Pass Exams I am still not able to do this as I don't organise the exam times or dates...
So targets can remain as Follows:
Target
By when
Become A QAI
April ‘11
Learn to Drive
May ‘11
Get Promoted at ATC
June ‘11
PASS EXAMS!
July ‘11

And the dates are still in chronological order!
Marvellous!
